the hotel location proved convenient. i found numerous dining options nearby. the team surprised us with treats in our room. elissa (i think it was her name) was cute and kind.
the passing subway could be heard at night (but honestly, that's part of the city's charm).

the lobby offered a water station. to-go wipes were also available. these small additions, particularly when returning from a long day.

The room i got was smaller than expected. the breakfast was also quite limited. The options seemed very basic, and the replenishment was slow. i constantly had to ask about refills on croissants and eggs. It became frustrating.
